These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Price

All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider World Pay , PayPal.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Receipts

All customers placing an order will be provided with a receipt, both by email and to the specified address. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to be incorrect and we will rectify it

Availability

We do our very best to show only products we have in stock on our site (unless otherwise stated i.e. special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline. We believe that secure electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Your privacy is our concern. Your credit card details are verified by World Pay and PayPal secure gateway. This means that we at Zanepainting do not see your credit or debit card details at all.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 3 - 7 working days, unless stated otherwise on individual product pages. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

N.B. Deliveries are only available to UK Mainland Addresses.

Orders are free of charge for all standard orders over £90.00 plus VAT to most mainland UK destinations. Orders under £90.00 we charge £4.80. Orders over £90 plus VAT are free of charge with the exception of heavy, long or fragile goods which are charged differently

A delivery charge will be calculated based on the type of product ordered and added to your shopping basket.

Complaints Procedure

Guarantee

All our products are supplied with a manufactures guarantee for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery. These guarantees cover domestic use only and exclude faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

Your Right to Cancel

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods without reason. A refund of all monies including postage and packing charges, will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Damaged Goods

On receipt of your goods from Bennetts Online, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
